About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Clerk to join our team at TAG HR. As a Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the private sector, specializing in Wills and Estates or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other legal professionals
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Process correspondence and documents
  • Manage accounts and perform financial tasks
  • Draft and prepare documents for clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in Wills and Estates or Corporate Law
  • Law Clerk college diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Document Management Software, PC Law or Ghost Practice, Docketing, Billing Time
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
