Client Accounting Administrator

Job Title: Client Accounting Administrator
Job Summary
The Client Accounting Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth operation and administration of Single- and Multi-Employer Plans. This includes providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and corresponding with employers and plan members on matters such as coverage, admissions, terminations, and beneficiaries.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to learn and master new software and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare premium reports and data entry for billings and reports
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- Verify billings and remittances
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field or equivalent training
- At least 1 year of related work experience in an office environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and master new software and technology
