About the Role
Coughlin & Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Client Accounting Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative services to our Single- and Multi-Employer Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to employers and members of various plans, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare premium reports, data entry for billings and reports, and verify billings and remittances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field or equivalent training acquired through relevant work experience and education.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in an office environment, with a strong understanding of accounting/bookkeeping theories and practices.
- Excellent grammatical, spelling, and communication skills in both official languages.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and effective time management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
