Job Title: VP, B2B Sales

We provide MSPs of every size with the knowledge, technology, and community they need to deliver increased client value while navigating the continuously changing terrain of the IT landscape.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition (NCA).
  • Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to the executive team and board of directors, influencing the strategic direction of the company.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Coach team members through deal closures and pipeline management, enhancing their professional growth.
  • Develop and manage sales targets, growth metrics, and KPIs to drive revenue goals.
  • Represent ScalePad in the IT Services channel, engaging with partners, the partner advisory council (PAC), marketing programs, and various communities.
