Position Overview:


The Bilingual Privacy & Compliance Analyst will be part of the team responsible for privacy & compliance functions within NTT Data. A significant component of the job will include performing risk control matrix testing, compliance and privacy incident reporting as well as conducting compliance reviews to assess adherence to regulatory, SOC audit and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and testing of the NTT Data Risk Control Matrix program governing departmental processes, risks, controls, and testing requirements.
  • Conduct risk-based reviews over the control environments across NTT Data Operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess the operating effectiveness of controls in place over regulatory compliance requirements (OSFI, CPA, FCAC).
  • Work with various internal support groups to facilitate the remediation of compliance issues.
  • Produce clear and timely reporting on compliance review results.
  • Understand contractual risk compliance provisions for NTT Data financial services clients.
  • Perform pre-assessment activities to ensure positive client or external audit results.
  • Privacy and compliance incident report generation and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct other compliance or privacy-related advisory services as required.


Requirements:

  • Excellent bilingual communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of credit card operations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in internal audit, compliance, credit card operations, or risk management functions.
  • Some travel may be required within Canada.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
