About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional claims service to our customers, ensuring timely and fair resolutions to their claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer claims from start to finish, including arranging towing, setting up appraisals, and outlining coverage under the terms of their policy.
  • Gather, organize, and verify required information and documentation from all available sources to ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve claims.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of claims adjusting experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants without specific claims experience.
  • Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal skills are required for Quebec-based applicants.

  • A competitive salary range of $46,200 - $69,400 CAD per year.
