Job Title: IHealth Division Lead – Medical Subspecialties

Island Health is seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of IHealth Division Lead – Medical Subspecialties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of clinical standards and order sets for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and order sets for our EHR system
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that our EHR system meets the needs of our patients and providers
  • Lead the development of clinical order sets for use in our EHR system
  • Ensure that our EHR system is aligned with the latest clinical best practices and guidelines
  • Participate in the evaluation and testing of our EHR system to ensure that it meets the needs of our patients and providers
Requirements:
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a medical subspecialty
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical information systems
