Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seminar and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
  • Team Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
  • Daily Operations: Direct and control day-to-day activities, including managing schedules, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, record minutes of meetings, and prepare correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with database software and electronic schedulers
