Job Description

We are seeking an experienced crisis management specialist to provide workplace trauma response and organizational crisis management services on an occasional, contract basis. As a critical incident response expert, you will deliver on-site CMS services, including individual and group crisis interventions, debriefings, and corporate client consultation. Your role will involve close communication with CMS Managers throughout the provision of services and documentation of services delivered in accordance with Homewood Health requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will require a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of workplace crisis management experience is essential, along with formal training in trauma response, psychological first aid, and critical incident response (e.g., CISM; NOVA, Psychological First Aid, or related accredited training). Registration or clinical membership with relevant governing bodies is also necessary. Additionally, you must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with French language fluency being an asset. Flexibility, accessibility, and availability to respond after hours periodically during the week and weekends are crucial.
