About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and inspect heavy duty equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation up-to-date
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure work meets manufacturers' specifications
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work as required
  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in heavy duty equipment maintenance or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position requiring 42 to 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
