About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Lead Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at SolidCAD. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong connections with potential clients and transforming marketing efforts into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute strategies that generate and nurture high-quality leads.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between marketing-driven lead generation and the sales team's execution.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads using prospecting tools and marketing insights to generate sales opportunities.
  • Engage with leads through outreach, ensuring each prospect receives personalized and relevant communication.
  • Manage the lead handoff process between marketing and sales, optimizing CRM workflows for efficiency.
  • Drive engagement and follow-up efforts after marketing events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing to develop personalized outreach strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, technical, and customer success teams.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to work closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and lead handoff to sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms such as ZoomInfo.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French & English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to assess market trends, analyze lead quality, and drive business strategies.
  • Familiarity with industries such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing is a plus.
