Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Business Development Specialist to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our oil and lubricants division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements to grow revenues from existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and maintain a positive business approach by meeting sales targets.
  • Resolve customer challenges and issues to benefit all parties.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
  • Implement and promote growth strategies between customers and Environmental 360 Solutions.
  • Build professional business relationships across a wide range of industries.
  • Maintain and update customer account files and points of contact in a sales CRM.
  • Communicate rates for services rendered and understand customer requirements while meeting profit targets.
  • Comply with administration and reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in both French and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract. Travel will be required.
  • Oil and lubricants industry experience is an asset.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, selling, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Must exude an enthusiastic, passionate, and optimistic attitude and a hunger to win.
  • A hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for finding and closing new business.
  • Must be driven and determined to achieve sales targets, resilient, and not easily discouraged.
  • Collaborative team player with an unrelenting desire to join a loyal and dedicated team.
  • Ability to work remotely effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs while abiding by company standards.
  • Partners well with all different clients and has patience in dealing with changes.
  • Prepares quotes, ensures that all items are detailed properly, attention to detail.
  • Great relationship builder who establishes strong alliances with customers, vendors, and all stakeholders.
