- Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements to grow revenues from existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and maintain a positive business approach by meeting sales targets.
- Resolve customer challenges and issues to benefit all parties.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
- Implement and promote growth strategies between customers and Environmental 360 Solutions.
- Build professional business relationships across a wide range of industries.
- Maintain and update customer account files and points of contact in a sales CRM.
- Communicate rates for services rendered and understand customer requirements while meeting profit targets.
- Comply with administration and reporting requirements.
- Bilingual in both French and English.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract. Travel will be required.
- Oil and lubricants industry experience is an asset.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, selling, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
- Must exude an enthusiastic, passionate, and optimistic attitude and a hunger to win.
- A hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for finding and closing new business.
- Must be driven and determined to achieve sales targets, resilient, and not easily discouraged.
- Collaborative team player with an unrelenting desire to join a loyal and dedicated team.
- Ability to work remotely effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to listen to customer needs while abiding by company standards.
- Partners well with all different clients and has patience in dealing with changes.
- Prepares quotes, ensures that all items are detailed properly, attention to detail.
