Customer Retention Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Retention Coordinator to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their loyalty to our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain customers and increase loyalty
  • Work closely with sales consultants to assist with lease or finance renewals
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales managers to analyze customer feedback and improve sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of 180, ADP/CDK or Reynolds software, MS Office, and OEM websites
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
