- Collaborate with sales managers to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer retention strategies
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in 180, ADP/CDK, or Reynolds software, MS Office, and OEM websites
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
