Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Coordinator to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting Sales Consultants with lease or finance renewals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Communicate with customers to offer pre-inspection services and provide updates on their vehicle's status.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to identify opportunities for lease or finance renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in 180, ADP/CDK or Reynolds software, MS Office, and OEM websites.
