About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tradeshow Coordinator to join our team at Evertz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling sales information and breakout sessions, as well as coordinating sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales information and breakout sessions to effectively engage with customers and promote our products.
  • Coordinate sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings to build strong relationships with our partners and drive business growth.
  • Process sponsorship and tradeshow requests by submitting information to the Manager for approval, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Responsible for pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups of approved sponsorships and tradeshows, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Distribute tradeshow leads to the Sales team, enabling them to follow up with potential customers and drive sales.
  • Prepare and submit weekly tradeshow schedule/calendar to the Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • College education in a related field (Business, Administration) or related experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 0-1 year of office administrative experience, with a proven track record of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with proficiency in using these tools to manage data, create reports, and communicate with the team.
