As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling sales information and breakout sessions, as well as coordinating sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule sales information and breakout sessions
  • Coordinate sales conference and tradeshow partner meetings
  • Process sponsorship and tradeshow requests by submitting information to Manager for approval
  • Responsible for pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups of approved sponsorships and tradeshows
  • Distribute tradeshow leads to Sales
  • Prepare and submit weekly tradeshow schedule/calendar to Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • College Education in a related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
