Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Institut Straumann AG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders, managing shipping arrangements, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Assemble customer orders for delivery, determine the most efficient shipping method, and prepare bills of lading through our SAP system.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, track customer packages, and assist in processing customer returns.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in assembling supplies for courses, tradeshows, and conventions, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Communication: Liaise with shipping companies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, and communicate with customers regarding order status.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process daily and monthly customer statements, track and input purchase orders, and perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2+ years of related clerical or warehouse experience
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs
