About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1439455 Ontario Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient access to information.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
