At Canada Inc, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to oversee office operations and support our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day office activities, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

This role also involves coordinating and planning office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

In addition, the Executive Assistant will assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate adaptability, time management, and organizational abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a 30-hour workweek.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
