EMEA Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA countries with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Prepare global payroll data for payroll processing by third-party payroll administration partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payrolls.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Audit and Validation: Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Information Management: Ensure timely preparation, processing, maintenance, and distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related payroll working instructions.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality of any payroll, private employee information, and proprietary information, ensuring payroll information is secure.
- Language: French speaker mandatory, with previous experience of managing French payroll.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in international payroll administration in Shared Services center environment.
- Payroll Systems: Experience in working with systems such as ADP Celergo & ADP Global View, ADP E-Time, Kelio.
- Technical Background: Technical background on dealing with Time and Attendance system, Payroll and HRIS systems interfaces.
- Payroll System Implementation: Experience in payroll system implementation – data validation and data analysis.
- SOX Compliance: Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes.
- Additional Language: Another European Language will be preferable - mainly Italian or Spanish, other languages such as French/German.
- Payroll Accounting: Basic knowledge of payroll accounting.
