As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll records, reviewing timesheets and attendance information.
  • Generate comprehensive payroll reports, address employee inquiries, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies governing payroll practices.
  • Manage payroll deductions, benefits administration, and tax filings accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with the HR and Accounting departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Your Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, Google Workspace, and Excel is crucial.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations is mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills are highly valued.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role.
