In this key position, you will be responsible for executing talent attraction strategies that align with our long-term business objectives and meet the needs of our Canadian practices and business units. You will support Ontario and Quebec business units, as well as corporate functions, by identifying effective strategies to attract top talent, building a robust pipeline, and exploring new recruitment sources.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring team performance, maintaining ISO compliance, and collaborating closely with leaders to achieve organizational recruitment goals. Additionally, you will oversee the entire talent attraction lifecycle, provide strategic advice on sourcing techniques, and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates while adapting to local practices.
Talent Attraction and Sourcing- Execute strategies to attract and hire top talent through innovative sourcing methods;

As a seasoned professional in talent attraction or a related field, you will possess at least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing a large team. A proficient level of English is required, particularly to communicate daily with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
