Regulatory Affairs Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and productive liaisons with internal and external contacts.

In this role, you will develop professional regulatory and document knowledge and skills to provide effective consulting services. You will coordinate and compile regulatory submissions, responses to agency questions, and other correspondence in accordance with requirements for assigned projects under supervision.

Key responsibilities include implementing an agreed-upon action plan to achieve timely approval of regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policy, and guidance under supervision. You will also be responsible for the quality control of documents and/or data, as required.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will participate in cross-functional teams for assigned projects. You will also be responsible for completing other activities in support of the regulatory team as assigned.

Requirements for this role include a B.Sc. in a life sciences discipline or 2-5 years of equivalent experience and related training. You will also need to have direct experience and working knowledge of a wide range of regulatory submission types, effective project management skills, and attention to detail.

Additional requirements include demonstrated strategic planning and problem-solving skills, time management and multi-tasking skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines. You will also need to have the ability to work in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team environment and knowledge of computers to operate effectively with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook.
