In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by advising on complex legal issues, negotiating contracts, and developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic legal advice on business matters, including contracts, M&A, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties
- Advise on complex legal issues and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance
