Budds' Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding, time and attendance tracking, health and safety training setup, and journal entries in our data management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and prioritization skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and possess strong communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including contract preparation, time clock enrollment, and new hire package completion.
  • Manage time and attendance tracking and approval processes.
  • Set up and track health and safety training for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database.
  • Track employee license renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Fulfill all filing and mailing responsibilities for HR documents.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, policies, and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Full-Time Position: This role requires working in an office environment five days a week.
