Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional - Acute Care to join our team at the Brant Community Healthcare System. As a key member of our Medical Integrated Program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Two years of experience in a medical/surgical setting
