We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Brantford. Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments and medications, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress, documenting medical information and communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care, empowering them to take an active role in their well-being.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
