Job Summary

At Addiction Centre Toronto, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Support Professional to join our team. As a Medical Office Support Professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of medical records, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train in medical office procedures and software.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment
  • Healthcare institution, facility, or clinic.
