About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Train Experience Coordinator to join our team at Canada Rail Vacations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and share your knowledge of Canada's rail network with travelers from around the world.

As a Train Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting personalized train experiences for our clients, ensuring every detail is taken care of to create unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and develop tour quotes for new and existing clients
  2. Confirm all aspects of the trip with clients and suppliers over the telephone
  3. Provide travel assistance and concierge-like service to clients, including booking trains, hotels, tours, transportation, and reservations
  4. Maintain a consistent, professional, and warm line of communication with clients before, during, and after travel
  5. Work collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements
  1. Extensive personal travel experience
  2. Exceptional customer service and professional oral and written communication skills
  3. Strong organizational skills for maintaining complex records and itineraries
  4. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  6. Positive, tenacious attitude and a willingness to continually learn in a team environment
