The Marketing & Events Manager plays a crucial role in developing local marketing strategies to attract foot traffic and drive sales within the mall. Key responsibilities include:

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develops a local marketing plan in consultation with tenants, management, and investors.
2. Monitors and executes all marketing programs on site.
3. Budgets and forecasts marketing expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.
4. Conducts market research to stay up-to-date on regional and local trends.
5. Coordinates social media activity, posting local content and responding to inquiries.
6. Updates website content with new store details, retailer promotions, and mall events.
7. Plans and executes special events and exhibits to increase foot traffic.
8. Communicates with tenants and stakeholders through newsletters and memos.
9. Analyzes event results to demonstrate value and benefits.
10. Works with retailers to build traffic and identify partnership opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* 2 years of relevant retail marketing experience.
* 1 year of event planning experience.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other software tools.

Additional Requirements:
* Shopping center marketing experience is an asset.
* Project Management experience is an asset.
* Professional Marketing Designation is an asset.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
