Business Development Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Training Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sidetrade. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective training and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities- To design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for finance professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the value of our solutions.
- To work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products.
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software training or consulting, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and experience in designing engaging online training content is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
