Job Description

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. This includes coordinating HR activities, managing daily tasks, and supervising staff members. If you have a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects and teams, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR activities to meet organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Direct and control daily operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming meetings
  • Supervise other workers and train staff members
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Determine recruitment strategies and plan training programs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work on site with minimal supervision
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
