Key Responsibilities:
- Interview patients to gather accurate case histories, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded correctly.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our dental team.
- Prepare and complete insurance claims and other relevant forms efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, keeping all patient records up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing resources.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, promoting a smooth and productive work environment.
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and take minutes, distributing them to relevant parties promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
