Pension Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at LifeWorks. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
- Contribute to the production and verification of related work
- Train and coach team members on pension administration best practices
- Communicate and track the budget for pension administration projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, members, and trustees by listening to their needs and responding to their requests
- Support the team in carrying out special projects related to pension administration
- Identify opportunities to improve our pension administration processes
- Minimum 4 years' experience in pension administration
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or other relevant field
- Exceptional team spirit and analytical thinking
- Well-organized and resourceful with excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written French language skills; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
