About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
  • Contribute to the production and verification of related work
  • Train and coach team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Communicate and track the budget to ensure effective financial management
  • Build strong relationships with clients, members, and trustees by listening to their needs and responding to their requests
  • Support the team in carrying out special projects and initiatives to improve our processes and services
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Pension Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
  • Exceptional team spirit and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful with excellent time management skills
  • Good communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, members, and team members
  • Highly developed customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and members
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
