We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at LifeWorks Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to clients and members related to defined benefit pension plan administration.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration
- Contribute to the production and verification of related work
- Train and coach team members on pension administration best practices
- Communicate and track the budget for pension-related projects
- Build strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and responding to their requests
- Support the team in carrying out special projects related to pension administration
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes and suggest enhancements
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in pension administration
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or other relevant field
- Exceptional team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful with excellent time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written English; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
