TK Elevator, a leading elevator company with nearly 50 years of experience in Canada, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in our Ontario region based in Toronto.

This role requires a strategic HR business partner to work closely with the regional leadership team to create and implement HR plans that support the business strategy. The successful candidate will provide services to support human capital management, organization design, change management, talent management, recruiting, training & development, employee & labour relations, workforce diversity, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruiting, performance management, and employee & labour relations. They must also possess strong HR Business Partner experience, ability to conduct workplace investigations, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational change, employee & labor relations, and performance management.

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and drive HR best practices across operations and varying organizational levels.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including company pension, dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, vision care, bonus plans for all positions, and a wellness program.
