Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hubbell Canada ULC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned geographic territory, working closely with Engineers and Consultants to further the specifications of our products, and developing strong relationships with channel partners, end users, and contractors to secure loyalty and product preference for our products.

A Day In The Life

  • Develop a strong network and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Apply product features and benefits to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Expand shelf space for our products and support price realization.
  • Understand market segments and verticals, and identify opportunities to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with other Hubbell Canada ULC sales people to expand sales and market share.
  • Understand the competitive advantages of our products and communicate their value to customers.
  • Participate in local industry associations, tradeshows, and events to build relationships and promote our products.
  • Represent Hubbell Canada ULC professionally and maintain a high level of integrity and ethics.
  • Report on sales performance and quota planning and execution.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bi-lingual French/English.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Salesforce.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
