We are a leading tire company seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee our office operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 per year and benefits.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

In addition, the Administrative Supervisor will assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Other responsibilities include performing data entry, training staff, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, monitoring and evaluating performance, and overseeing payroll administration.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
