We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Financial Administrative Coordinator to manage our financial records, prepare cheques, and maintain accounting systems.

About the Role

This is a key position in our finance team that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software. If you have 3-4 years of experience in financial administration and a Bachelor's degree, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Management: You will be responsible for managing our financial records, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, keeping financial records up-to-date, and reconciling accounts.
  • Accounting Systems Maintenance: You will need to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: We require a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in financial administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
