We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Lead to join our team in an exciting opportunity.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will oversee the administration of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Role: Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to support staff, establish work priorities, and carry out administrative activities as required.
- Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
