Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of kitchen operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen StaffLead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Inventory ManagementAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing timely and informative reports to management.
Work SchedulingDevelop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
