Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and offer mentorship programs.
- Support for Indigenous People: We develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
