Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, maintaining accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
