We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team at MANA DISTRIBUTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse and distribution center.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Planning: Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and team performance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order and arrange for maintenance and repair as needed.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products are handled and stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent heavy lifting and attention to detail required
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
