Job Overview:

The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the logistics and operational processes within our distribution center. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a team effectively while ensuring the highest standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.
  3. Supervise the logistical operations of the warehouse.
  4. Plan and coordinate the logistics activities of the organization.
  5. Compile and present operational reports.
  6. Ensure the seamless functioning of all equipment and machinery.
  7. Address and resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.
  8. Train staff on operational duties and company policies.
  9. Facilitate training sessions for team members.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Experience and Skills:
