  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to associates.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and policies, including log books and trip inspections.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
