Job Summary

Under the direction of the Support Manager, the IT Customer Service Representative will work as part of a team responsible for various support functions with the IT Department. This individual will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to film productions across Canada
  • Install, troubleshoot, and configure software for clients, including EPOL, VISTA, and Smart Accounting
  • Set up and customize software for shows
  • Follow up on client inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate efficiently with all levels of the company
  • Evaluate and escalate issues as necessary
  • Provide training to clients on software usage
Requirements
  • Training in computer systems and experience with MS operating systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced level skills in MS Excel
  • Understanding of accounting principles and concepts
  • Background in customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with trouble-shooting, level one computer help desk activities, and production software

Working Conditions
