Bakery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at SSS FOODWORKS INC. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machinery.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
